The Brunch Collective in Spring Hill, Tennessee is nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish is bursting with fresh, vibrant flavor, and the fact that so much of the menu is locally sourced makes it even more special. The owners, Jeff and Pam, greet you like an old friend the moment you arrive, and their warmth sets the tone for an experience that feels both welcoming and unforgettable. The food has that bright, California-inspired flair while still embracing the heart and soul of true Tennessee hospitality. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself dreaming about long after you leave , so much so that we happily drive all the way from Florida just to enjoy it. If you’re anywhere within 100 miles, make plans to go. This is not just a brunch spot; it’s a destination.

Summary: So good, I would bring out-of-towners here. Atmosphere: Country bed and breakfast vibes. Ordering: Upon walking in, you find an open table and seat yourself, rather than be seated by a host/hostess. At each table, you scan the table's qr code with your phone camera to order online and pay at time of ordering. Server checks on you if you are having any ordering issues. Food: Chef quality creations. We ordered the Cardamom Rose Latte, French Toast with Strawberries, Spicy Hash Bowl and Mini Toast Flight. The crunchy caramelized sugar on top of the French toast was amazing. Didn't need syrup. My favorite toast was the Avocado/Tomato one. The spicy hash bowl was a medium spice level for me. Similar to a Gochujang/Sriracha level of heat. Tasted great! My Restaurant Report Card: F: Not Good. Never Return. D: Good, but One and Done. C: Would Return to Try Other Items, Second Chance. B: Would Return and Get Same Items Again. A: So Impressed, Would Bring Out of Towners Here.

We visited Brunch Collective and were very impressed. Absolutely delicious food! I had the brunch bagel with eggs, hash browns, cheese & honey bacon, the wife had the avocado toast, with hot chocolate & Americano coffee, kids had a blueberry muffin with hot chocolates. We really enjoyed this place, it’s very TN like, all organic great tasty food. Highly recommended!

Love brunch collective! We had a group of 11 and they accommodated us. The food was amazing as always and the coffees even better. We have been coming here for a few years now and we have never had a bad experience. The owners and employees are all so sweet!

We stumbled across this place while visiting Spring Hill from Nashville for the morning. Such a memorable, warm experience. We were seated in the back room with our 4 rowdy kids and it was perfect. The hospitality by everyone was very authentic and honest. You could feel the care immediately. That same attention definitely shows up in the food delivering one of the best waffles I have ever had. Nope, correct that, the best waffle I have ever had. All the food was on another level. I would happily drive 30 minutes to come here again.

Delicious! Wow! Unreal good, easily top 5 best breakfasts. Portion sizes are big, so you can split pretty much anything. It’s pricey but if you split a dish, worth every penny. Individually, still good value because of how good the dish is. Coffee was amazing too. Outdoor and inside seating. Good place for the kids to run around. I got the Christy’s bowl, yum! Wife got the breakfast burrito- Amazing!

My friends and I are from the UK and spent just over 2 weeks travelling around the USA. This was definitely the best brunch place we found. The venue, decor and tablewear were adorable. The owners were helpful and lovely too. Most importantly, the food and drinks were delicious. You could taste the love that went into it and that they were using real ingredients. I am sad that I will never have the breakfast burrito and hazelnut latte again. Also loved the range of hot sauces
